Session I: March 25-28, 2012 at Hilton Dallas/Park Cities in Dallas,TX
The first Session for the NAAWLI Leadership Program is themed "Discovery Leadership". This four-day intensive program will focus on the process of illuminating leadership skills and fulfilling one's potential. Professional experts and mentors will follow the core competencies of self-awareness, communication and wellness to navigate through the program.

Kristy Brownlow

African-American Women’s Leadership Institute, Inc.
Executive Director
A gifted communicator, team lieutenant and
mentor, Kristy Brownlow was named executive director of NAAWLI
in October 2011. She is also the president and founder of
Brownlow Life Events, a Texas-based, event management resource.
In her capacity as an advocate for women of color, children and
youth, she brings to this role a wealth of knowledge and nearly
two decades of leadership and consulting expertise in business
development.
