The Community Service Project is an important aspect of the NAAWLI program and leadership development component. Only candidates committed to implementing and completing their projects, even when circumstances change, such as a promotion or job relocation should accept this opportunity. In addition, Fellows submit program timelines and impact objectives even when timelines modify as projects progress, it is the basis for monitoring the project. Fellows must meet objectives to serve at least 25 individuals and present project reports at the end of the six month program session. Projects evaluated and judge by a panel of professionals. Awarded to Fellows completing community service projects is a certificate of completion. Based on the project commitment, please consider carefully your decision to apply for the NAAWLI Fellowship.
