Workshop A: "Understanding the Impact of Unwritten Rules in Corporate America"
This workshop is designed to send a wake-up call to high achievers who seem to be
"stuck" in spite of all their accomplishments, job experiences and day-to-day
contributions. Participants will gain insight of the current work environments.
THEY WILL ALSO LEARN HOW TO REWRITE THE UNWRITTEN RULES SO THAT THEY become platforms
to success. "It is what it is" - is not always the case. This workshop
is state-of-the-art, energizing and a valuable tool for your tool-kit.

success. Rooted in the principles of character development, it guides participants
through a 4-step process, which includes: 1) identifying personal characteristics
that could be used in a personal brand for leadership development; 2) effectively
packaging their brand; 3) setting future goals and objectives; and 4) developing
plan of action to manage their brand reputation and perception, which is critical
to the overall impact of leadership achievement.
