Since the inception of the National African-American Women's
Leadership Institute in 2000, more than 100 women have graduated
from the six month fellowship program. Fellows attend the program
from various states. NAAWLI fellows are mid to high-level career
women who work predominantly in corporate, non-profit, local
government sectors, and some are self-employed.
