NAAWLI welcomes grants and in-kind contributions. Grants generally support
program activities. Other donors inform women in their organizations about
the program and support their program participation by covering tuition
cost. We are proud to include State Farm Insurance Companies as our
longest term supporter. In addition to State Farm's support as our primary
funding partner, CSX Corporation, Hattie Hill Enterprises, Inc., Texas
Instruments, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Southwest Airlines, and Baylor
University Medical Center of Dallas are also contributors. The Gallup
Organization partners with NAAWLI to provide Fellows the opportunity to
participate in the Gallup leadership experience.
Partners who support women attending the program gain a return on investment that
includes employees who return to the workplace recharged, reflective and possessing
a deeper self-awareness. The workplace benefits from a highly motivated, self-confident
employee with an enhanced understanding of how to maximize talents for personal
and professional growth.
