The Institute is a three week program that focuses on three key tenets – Discovery Leadership, Building Leadership Capacity, and Integrate Learning and Commitment to Action.

Each component of the session is design to hone the leadership skills of African American women who are in middle management positions in corporations and nonprofit organizations. Participants are selected to create a diverse group of accomplished business professionals from a wide variety of industries, disciplines, and managerial backgrounds.

Program Dates:
  • The sessions are held over a three week time frame – one week in March, June and September. Each of the sessions are held in Dallas, Texas
