Carolyn W. Flowers YWCA of Greensboro, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Greensboro, NC Community Service Project Project WEES (Women Equipped with Education and Skills) assists women who have recently completed their General Education Degree (GED) or college degree and women transitioning back into the workforce. The program will offer sessions on interviewing skills, meeting and greeting, salary negotiation, workplace etiquette, proper dress, and resume building. In addition, WEES will assist with locating jobs that match the women's talents and earn a living wage to support themselves and their families.
