Joreatha M. Capers General Board of Higher Education Ministry United Methodist Church Nashville, Tennessee Community Service Project The Homeless Project seeks to benchmark the success factors of the most effective programs serving the homeless in Nashville, Tennessee and develop a comprehensive strategy for addressing their concerns. Although Nashville has an abundance of agencies, organizations, and programs serving the homeless, this population continues to grow. Unfortunately, women and children lead the increase. Any hope of reducing homelessness defends on raising public awareness and improving the delivery of services.
