Pinder (Class Scribe) DC Children & Youth Investment Trust Corporation Program Associate Washington, DC Community Service Project Life Lessons takes advantage of Internet radio as a learning tool to help adults strengthen their reading and writing skills. Adult learners will write their life stories and share them with a wide radio audience. Working in partnership with the Learning Bank of COIL, an adult literacy program, Life Lessons will offer the program to adult learners aged 16 and older who attend Saturday classes in Baltimore, Maryland. The adult learners will use a new technology to enhance their literacy.
